3. You have determined the mixing time for a blend of liquids in a pilot scale mixer. The diameter of the mixing tank is 1.2 m, and it is filled to a depth of 0.5 m. The mixer uses a paddle agitator 1 m in diameter, rotating at 8 rpm.

Determine the tank and agitator dimensions and speed of rotation for a full scale mixer of equivalent performance capable of mixing a 1500 litre batch.
