For session chairs and presenters: The AIChE has developed AIChE Meeting Guidelines. The sections are:       Session Chair Manual       Author & Speaker Style Manual       Presentation Record Submittal Procedures       Session Aide Manual For session chairs the PTF has developed a one-page guide on Leadership Responsibilities for Sessions in PTF [a PDF file]. This describes how PTF Technical Session Leaders (session chairs, co-chairs, and vice-chairs) are selected and how they help with planning, then recruit, mentor, and manage speakers for their sessions For PTF officers and members: Schedule information on the PTF Exec Comm meeting, PTF general meeting, PTF Awards Banquet, and the Area 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, and 3e program planning meetings are posted about a month before the annual meeting. Go to the Annual Meeting page and follow the link to "List of Annual Committee Meetings & Receptions". For session chairs and presenters: The call for papers, with a list of session descriptions, and the "Proposal to Present" form are posted about nine months before the meeting. As the schedule is developed the draft schedule and then the final schedule are posted. The following links show technical sessions and papers for several areas of interest to PTF members at the Nov 2004 AIChE Annual Meeting in Austin TX: Area 3 (managed by the Particle Technology Forum) Area 6 (managed by the North American Mixing Forum) Meeting Registrants will find (about four months before the meeting) the final program, online registration forms, and hotel reservation information. and other AIChE meeting information via the base page links noted below.
